Gap Stores Raise Money for Miles of Hope |
|
 Banana Republic, Old Navy and Gap Stores held a fashion show at the Poughkeepsie Galleria on Saturday, June 13, 2009, to benefit the Miles of Hope Breast Cancer Foundation and to honor survivors of breast cancer as models in the show.
"So far, we have collected $1,180 in cash and checks. GapInc. will match that amount and our volunteer hours will also be paid out to Miles of Hope," said Diana Westerband, Manager of the Galleria Banana Republic.

The Miles of Hope Breast Cancer Foundation 5th Annual Brunch on May 3, 2009, at the Grandview in Poughkeepsie honored the Dyson Foundation and the memory of its former President, Dr. Anne Dyson. Over 400 guests attended the function for a silent auction, brunch, a slide show of the past year’s activities and the presentation of an award to Mr. Dyson representing his family foundation.
